Scene opens when Steve (Seth Gamble) gets home and receives a call from Pamela (Nicole Aria) in the bedroom. She opens out, shedding tears, about how afraid she is to have a child of their own because of the sudden death of a friend's child. Steve was thrilled about the idea of beginning a family, so he is completely taken aback by this. She refuses to listen to him when he attempts to get her to change her mind. He walks out of the house to get his mind straight. In an attempt to de-stress, he drives around the neighborhood before coming to a stop. He pulls out his cell phone, calls Pamela's sister Naomi (Alex Coal), and requests permission to drop by. She concurs. CUTS TO TITLE Steve arrives at Naomi's house a little while later and rings her doorbell. When she hears how upset he is, she responds and asks to speak with him inside. After they settle in, Steve tells Pamela what transpired between them. He sobs, telling how abrupt this has been and how much he intended to build a family with Pamela. Naomi is empathetic and abruptly discloses that she hasn't been able to create a family because of her job and lack of relationships, even though she also wants to start one. When Seth hears this, he has a really strange idea. In order for them to raise the child together in secret, he promises to have sex with Naomi and get her pregnant. When Steve suggests that Pamela NEVER needs to know, he creates a plan that is so audacious and alluring that Naomi eventually caves in, even if she first refuses. She gives in to Steve's advances and devises a scheme that might fulfill their long-held desires, but at the cost of perpetual concealment.
