Lily Larimar, the stepdaughter of Serene Siren and Kenzie Taylor, is going to their family doctor, Kenna James, for a visit. After asking Lily a few standard inquiries, Kenna asks her what brought her in today after everything seemed to be in order. Lily reveals that she thought this would be a good time to be checked out because she had lately started engaging in sexual activity. Kenna consents to do the examination since she supports Lily's recent changes in her life. She does, however, first make sure Lily feels at ease going through it in the same room as her stepmothers.
