Sacha, the plaintiff in a jury trial, is accompanied by her sister Linda (Vanna Bardot) as she meets with her attorney, Bill. The fact that the jury hasn't returned a decision has irritated both women. Linda is sure that Juror 11, in particular, has been voting against the majority. Not only that, but she thinks he's a complete sleazeball. Then, Bill cautions them that even with their best efforts, they can still lose the case, reminding them that they must have faith in the legal system. Linda decides to handle things herself since she won't allow Sacha to lose due to a single juror's stupidity. One day later, Linda pretends to run into Juror 11, Seth (Will Pounder), as she passes the courthouse. Seth becomes interested in Linda after she executes her plan and pretends to flirt and swoon over him. Linda is able to convince Seth to ask her over to his house so they can discuss the trial in more detail, even though it's obvious from the way he looks her over that he wants to do more than just chat. She does this by pretending that she is writing an article about the trial for her campus newspaper. Soon after, Seth invites Linda to his house, and they discuss his involvement in the trial. After acknowledging that he wants the trial to end so he can resume his regular life, Seth tells Linda that he is, in fact, the juror with the red flag against the verdict. It's now imperative that Linda use every tactic possible to subtly persuade Seth to reverse his decision.
